Registration

Medical Practitioners: general and medical practitioners, family and specialist physicians, clinicians of other specialties (inclusive of Fellows of the Colleges of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine).

Trainees: basic and higher trainee doctors of one of the Colleges of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, interns and housemen.
Payment Method

Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) via Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay or FPS via the Online Payment System. Payment by cash or cheque will not be accepted.

The organiser will not retain your credit card information during the transaction process.
Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Please check the details carefully and inform the Conference Secretariat of any changes.

All participants must collect their name badge during the designated registration time on November 14, 2026. Only participants with a valid name badge will be granted admission.
Letter of Invitation

If you need an invitation letter as a supporting document for leave or travel arrangements, please contact the Conference Secretariat at medconf@hku.hk after successfully completing your registration. Please provide your full name and the registered email address. The invitation letter does not imply the provision of any financial support.
Certificate of Attendance

Participants who have attended the whole event will receive an e-certificate of attendance 2 weeks after the event via the registered email address. No physical copies of the certificate will be issued.
Refund Policy

All paid registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Event Photos & Recordings

The Organiser will take photos and videos during the conference for promotion, marketing, or archival purposes. Participants’ identification will not be revealed without prior consent.
Liability

The Organiser will not be responsible for personal accidents, loss and/or damage to private property. Participants should take care of their personal belongings at all times.
